~CITY OF JEF~ERSONVILLE, INDIANA
WHEREAS, the members of the Jeffersonville Police Department
voted by a majority vote to'be represented by the Jeffersonville
Fraternal Order of Police Lodge %100 for the purposes of col
bargaining; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is the governing body of.
jeffersonville; and
.WHEREAS, the negotiations and the results of said
agreed upon, shall be in the best of the
Cit~. of Jeffersonville
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C~,..~0UNCIL OF THE CITY OF
INDIANA AS FOLLOWS:
