BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, County of Clark, State of Indiana, that eaid Common
Council will meet in the Multi-Purpose Meeting Room, City-County
Building, Jeffersonville~ Indiana, on the 15th day of May, 1995 at
9:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining whether an
emergency existe for the passage of an Ordinance making the following
appropriations in addition to the Annual Budget adopted for the fiscal
year 1995.
AMOUNT REQUESTED

Appropriation from the General Fund
for the following:
Construction and Paving of City Streets
MOTOR VEHICLE FUND

Appropriation from the Motor Vehicle Fund
for the following:
Construction and Paving of City Streets

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED~ that the Clerk and Treaeurer of the

give notice am provided by law.
