The purpose of this letter is to submit a General Services Agreement for engineering and design
services. We propose to provide these services on an hourly basis based on the attached fee
schedule. If this proposal is agreeable please sign and return it to us. We look forwazd to
serving the citizens of Jeffersonville on any current or future projects.
