AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one major budget
classification to another within [he Annexation Flmd budget;
WHEREAS, there is now within the Annexation Fund budget sufficient monies to pay
this additional amount;
ORDINANCE NO. 2008-OR-3 S
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of [he City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, that [he sums of money as hereinafter se[ out in the Annexation
Fund budget be transferred as indicated.
