ORDINANCE NO. 2008-OR-~
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one major budget
classification to another within the General Fund, Police Department budget.
WHEREAS, there is now within the General Fund Police Department budget sufficient
monies to pay [his additional amount;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINF,D by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter set out in the General Fund
Police Department budget be transferred as indicated.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
