ORDINANCE NO. 2008-OR- ~~
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME
DEPARTMF,NT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one major budget
classification to another within the General Fund, Fire Department budget.
WHEREAS, there is now within the General Fund Fire Department budget sufficient
monies to pay this additional amount;
NOW, TIIEREFORF„ BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
.Ieftersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafrer set out in the General Fund
Fire Department budget be transferred as indicated.

This Ordinance shall be in full` force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
