ORDINANCE NO. 98-OR- q~
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one major budget classification to
another within the Common Council Budget; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the Common Council Budget sufficient monies to pay this
additional amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter set out in the Common Council Budget be
transferred as indicated.

210 Other Office Supplies 363 Equip., Traffic Signals $1,000.00
ALLOTTED
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
