Re: Annex Area 4 Sanitary Sewers, Pump Station and Force Main
Dear Mr. Jenkins:
The purpose of this letter is to issue your Nouce- To-Proceed with the construction of the above
referenced project.
In accordance with the contract documents, construction should begin within ten (10) calendar days,
and be completed within one hundred eighty' (180) calendar days, resulting in an estimated completion
date of June 15,2006, subject to unsuitable ~eather.
Also enclosed are five (5) sets of the constrUction plans. These plans have been revised south of
Veteran's Parkway to accommodate the locqtion of the sewer lines with respect to the new footprint of
the proposed buildings. In summary, the changes result in the following:
