RE: Evaluation Contract
Deaz Mayor Galligan,
Midwest Environmental Management Services, IS.C. would like to take this
opportunity to submit this contract fox the evaluation of the lift stations and plant
fox the City of Jeffersonville In. Our contract will consist of the following scope of
services:
1. Provide a visual inspection of all the lifr stations. This includes pictures
of the inside and outside of the lifr station, control panels, pumps, slide
rails, wet wells, floats and electrical components.
2. We will select 15 lift stations to perform pump test. We will insure that
pumps aze operating according to manufactures recommendations. This
will include pulling pumps to verify that oil has been changed (oil
analysis), weaz rings aze adjusted, impeller weaz and amperage draws. We
will also verify that the automatic lead and lag aze operating correctly.
3. We also evaluate the wastewater plants equipment, collection system
operations, computer maintenance program and staffing requirements.
4. City will provide a service tmck(cxane) along with an operator.
Midwest will perform the identified scope of services for the Ctty of Jeffersonville
fox an houdy rate of $55.00/hr plus travel expenses, not to exceed $20,000. Our
team will include Scott Timmextnann, Donna Ennis and Tim Hasaxa.
