ORDINANCE NO. 2008-OR-~
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one major budget
classification to another within the General Fund, Deparhnent of Law budget.
WHEREAS, there is now within the General Fund Department of Law budget sufficient
monies to pay this additional amount;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Ciry of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafrer sec out in the General Fund
Board Of Public Works and Safety budget be transferred as indicated.
