A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO REINSTATE ONE POSITION OF EMPLOYMENT
TO ORDINANCE NO. 96-OR-53, AND ORDINANCE NO. 96-OR-55 FOR 1997
WHEREAS; the City of Jeffersonvllle Common Council did pass
Ordinance No. 95-OR-53, An Ordinance Fixing Basic Salaries Of
Appointed Officers And Employees Of The City Of Jeffersonvllle,
Indiana For The Year 1997, which did not include the positions of
Third Deputy and Bookkeeper in the Department of Finance. Such
positions were established positions in said department.
IT IS HEREBY AGREEDED UPON, to amend Ordinance No. 95-OR-53
at the first meeting in January 1997, to reinstate the position of
