MINUTES OF THE SANIT AR Y SEWER BOARD OF
nIE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE
December 4, 2007
The Sanitary Sewer Board of the City of Jeffersonville met in regular session in the Mayor's
Conference room in the City Hall, Jetfersonville, Indiana on the 4th day of December, 2007.
Mayor Waiz called the meeting to order at 3: IOp.m. Board Members Bill Saegesser and Jeffrey
Caldwell were present. Also present were Bob Miller, Scott Lewis, Mark Sneve, John Montgomery,
Steve Kizer, Elisha Dale, Len Ashack and Matt Rueff.
Bill Saegesser moved to approve the agenda as presented, seconded by Jeffrey Caldwell, passing
unanimously.
The claims were presented to the board for approval. Scott Lewis hand carried one additional claim
for approval to Bakers & Daniels in the amount of $2, 175.28. Bill Saegesser moved to approve the
claims with the one additional, seconded by Jeffrey Caldwell, passing unanimously
Elisha Dale presented the proposed resolution regarding the usage of forms to the board for their
revIew.
John Montgomery advised the board he is collecting the $5,000 per lot on the Longview Beach
Project and has more than half.
Mark Sneve presented the Ongoing Public Works Projects.
Len Ashack presented Monthly Progress Report.
Steve Kizer presented Status Report.
Bill Saegesser moved to approve Bob to obtain bids for Short Jackson repair, seconded by Jeffrey
Caldwell, passing unanimously.
Meeting was adjourned a 3:40 p.m.
