ORDINANCE N0.2007-OR-~~
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one major budget
classification to another within the General Fund, Board of Public Works and Safety
budget.
WHEREAS, there is now within the General Fund Board of Public Works and Safety
budget sufficient monies to pay this additional amount;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter set out in the General Fund
Board Of Public Works and Safety budget be transferred as indicated.
