MINUTES

A regular meeting of the Jeffersonville Building Authority was held
Tuesday December 12, 2006 at 3 :00 p.m. in the Building Commission
conference room at The Jeffersonville City Hall.
Members present were Building Commissioner Russ Segraves, President
Gary Johnson, and Keith Stayton.
Absent: Mayor Rob Waiz, Calvin Kavanaugh
Staff present: Les Merkley, City Attorney and Mary Frey
Others present: Consultant Jack Waldrip
Anproval of Minutes:
Gary Johnson made a m()tion to approve the minutes of the December 5,
2006 meeting seconded by Keith Stayton and carried unanimously.
Old Business:
Russ Segraves made a motion to accept the Walnut Ridge snow removal
bid, seconded by Gary Johnson and carried unanimously.
With no further discussion Russ Segraves made a motion to adjourn at 4:30
p.m. seconded by Kitayton and carried unaninlously.
