JEFFERSONVILLE BUILDING AUTHORITY
MINUTES
April 10,2007
A regular meeting of the Jeffersonville Building Authority was held
Tuesday April 10, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. in the second floor conference room at
The Jeffersonville City Hall.
Members present were Building Commissioner Russ Segraves, President
Gary Johnson, and Keith Stayton.
Staffpresent: Barry Cahill, Mayor Waiz, and Linda Mills.
Others present: Consultant Jack Waldrip
Aooroval of Minutes:
Keith Stayton made a motion to approve the minutes of the March 27, 2007
meeting, seconded by Russ Segraves and carried unanimously.
Old Business:
Jack Waldrip presented ~ bid to repair the two back stairwell towers from
Marr Company, In,c. in the amount of $6,660.00. Mr. Waldrip will obtain
two more bids on the repairs and have Marr Company revised their bid on
the repairs.
NEW BUSINESS:
Russ Segraves presented claims for Office Supply (yellow floor signs) in
the amount of $45.00, Jack Waldrip for $250.00 (consulting fee), and
Nixon for $386.90, and Cornerstone for $500.00 (reserved parking signs).
Keith Stayton made a motion to approve the claims, seconded by Russ
Segraves and carried unanimously.
Russ Segraves to contact E & H to find out who tl}e new representative is
from their company for City Hall and the status of the punch list.

Russ Segraves stated that Cooley & Spalding never did contact him in
regards to the exterior lighting. Mr. Segraves to obtain three more bids on
exterior lighting.
With no further discussion Gary Johnson made a motion to adjourn at
9:55 a.m. seconded by Keith Stayton and carried unanimously.
