JEFFERSONVILLE BUILDING AUTHORITY
MINUTES
March 27, 2007
A regular meeting of the Jeffersonville Building Authority was held
Tuesday March 27, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. in the second floor conference room
at The Jeffersonville City Hall.
Members present were Building Commissioner Russ Segraves, President
Gary Johnson, and Keith Stayton.
Staff present: Mary Frey.
Others present: Consultant Jack Waldrip
Aooroval of Minutes:
Keith Stayton made a motion to approve the minutes of the March 13, 2007
meeting, seconded by Keith Stayton and carried unanimously.
Old Business:
Gary Johnson presented a bid for lawn maintenance and landscaping from
Walnut Ridge for $5,176.00. Russ Segraves made a motion to accept the
bid seconded by Keith Stayton and carried unanimously.
Russ Segraves gave an update on the punch list. A bid was presented from
E.H. on roofladders in the amount of$ 2415.00. Russ will get more bids
on the ladders.
NEW BUSINESS:
Russ Segraves presented claims for AAF (filters) in the amount of $72.84,
Cooley & Spalding for $220.00, HMC for $157.00, Wright Installation for
$274.00 and Walnut Ridge for $5176.00 Gary Johnson made a motion to
approve the claims, seconded by Keith Stayton and carried unanimously.

Russ Segraves discussed the need for a back up cooling system in the
computer room. Russ will contact Espt9pinal Group and Hussung
Mechanical regarding this matter.
Meetings for Aptil2007 will be held on April 10 and April 24.
With no further discussion Gary Johnson made a motion to adjourn at
10:05 a.m. seconded by Keith Stayton and carried unanimously.
