ORDINANCE NO. 97-OR-3~
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary
major budget classification to another
Budget; and
to transfer money from one
within the Animal Shelter
WHEREAS, there is now within the Animal Shelter
sufficient moneys to pay this additional amount.
Budget
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter
set out within the Animal Shelter Budget be transferred as indicated.
