RESOLUTION NO. 2007-R- 25A
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, County
of Clark, State of Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City Council
Chambers Room 101, Jeffersonville City Hall, 500 Quartermaster Court, Jeffersonville,
Indiana, on the 1st day of October 2007, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., for the purpose of
considering and determining whether an emergency exists for the passage of an
Ordinance making the following appropriation in addition to the annual budget adopted
for the fiscal year 2007.
AMOUNT REQUESTED
GAMING REVENUE FUND
Appropriation from the Gaming Revenue Fund,
for the following:
Phone Systems (Station #2, Station #4, Street/Maintenance Complex)........ ..$32,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk Treasurer of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana is hereby ordered and directed to give notice as provided by law.
