Re: House Move
From: 2806 Hoskins Dr.
To: 16103 Beechwood Dr. Charlestown IN
Route:
• 10~` Street North through Charlestown
• Right on Poplar Drive
• Left on Beechwood.
• Arrive at 16103 Beechwood Dr
Notes & Considerations:
1. The CITY portion of the route is approximately 1 & 5/ 10 miles, with limited
exposure on city streets.
2. The total travel height is 14 feet and 11 inches, while overall width is 32 feet.
3. The route has been measured for width restrictions. The width poses no signage
removal or apparent issues.
4. The route has been measured for height restrictions, and there are none.
5. Move will be scheduled so'as not to effect school bus traffic or "rush hour"
traffic.
6. Mark Lovan of the JeiTersonville Police Department, and his personnel will be
utilized to safely escort the house at the appointed time.
Note: Unlike past moves, this house will quickly exit the city limits and will travel a state
highway. INDOT has approved the move. However, INDOT requires a weekday move. I
will rely on Mark Lovan and his expertise as to what day is the best for the move_
As normal company protocol, the moving plan is structured for safety of all personnel involved,
and to limit inconvenience to traffic. It is our goal to have a safe and cohesive move...a
professional job, executed with the least disruption to the city.
Respectfully yours,
Stephen Edwards-Owner
