OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA
JANLtARY 24, 2007
Mayor Waiz called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. and on call of the roll those
members present were: Councilperson Perkins and City Engineer Miller.
Also present were: Street Commissioner Ellis, Planning and Zoning Director Hicks,
Building Commissioner Segraves, Personnel Director Calabro, Assistant Police Chief
Lovan, Parks Director Poff, IT Director Hardy, Fire Chief Miles, Councilperson Wilson,
Vehicle Maintenance Director Drury, Redevelopment Director Cahill, City Attorney
Merkley and Administrative Assistant Timberlake.
City Engineer Miller made the motion to approve the payroll, seconded by
Councilperson Perkins and carried unanimously.
CHANGE ORDER
Councilperson Perkins made the motion to approve Change Order # 18 to
deduct from E.H. Construction -$2,428:75 for landscaping, seconded by City
Engineer Miller and carried unanimously.
CHANGE ORDER
Councilperson Perkins made the motion to approve Change Order # 2 which
deleted the Salt Barn and added sprinklers at Fire Stations 2 & 4, seconded by
City Engineer Miller and carried unanimously.
STREET LIGHT
Councilperson Wilson spoke to the board about the need for a street light on
the corner of Kehoe Lane and Jonquil. Councilperson Perkins made the motion
to approve, seconded by City Engineer Miller and carried unanimously.

AMENDMENT - UMBAUGH AGREEMENT
City Attorney Les Merkley spoke to the Board about an Amendment to the
agreement with Umbaugh on the Annexation. Councilperson Perkins made the
motion to approve seconded by City Engineer Miller and carried unanimously.
There being no further discussion to come before the Board the motion was made by
Councilperson Perkins to adjourn at 9:43 a.m., seconded by City Engineer Miller and
