NITNUTES OF THE SANITARY SEWER BOARD OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE
May 22, 2006
The Sanitary Sewer Board of the City of Jeffersonville met in regular session in the Mayor's
Conference room in the City County Building, Jeffersonville, Indiana on the 22nd day of May,
2006.
Jeffrey Caldwell called the meeting to order at 3:05p.m. Board Member Doug Ralston was
present. Also present were Bob Miller, Jorge Lanz, Mark Sneve, Tim Crawford, R. Scott Lewis,
Robert Miller, Sam Hutt and Charles Fugate.
Jeffrey Caldwell moved to approve the agenda as presented, seconded by Doug Ralston, passing
unanimously.
The minutes of April 24, 2006 and May 8, 2006 were presented for approval. Jeffrey Caldwell
moved to table the minutes, seconded by Doug Ralston, passing unanimously.
The claims were presented to the board for approval. Bob Miller hand carried two additional
claims. 1) Arnold Dugan & Meyers in the amount of $84,860.00 and 2) Baker & Daniels, (EPA
Attorney) in the amount of $6,384.10. Jeffrey Caldwell moved to approve the claims with the
two additional, seconded by Doug Ralston, passing unanimously.
Sam Hutt and Charles Fugate asked the board for the status on the Candy Lane / Sellers Court
sewers. Jorge advised the board and residence of the status.
Jeffrey Caldwell moved to approve the agreement for the professional services of Bernard
Lochmueller regarding the Long Term Control Pan Contract Review and Regulatory Assistance,
seconde~ /' passing unanimously.
