BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, County of clark, State of Indiana, that said Common
Council will meet in the Multi-Purpose Meeting Room, Room 308,
City-County Building, Jeffersonvitle, Indiana, on the 20th day of May,
1996 at 5:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining
whether an Emergency exists for the passage of an Ordinance making the
following Appropriations in addition to the Annual Budget adopted for
the fiscal year 1996.
