A RESOLUTION ADOPTING STATUTORY PROCEDURES FOR ENTERING
INTO PUBLIC-PRIVATE AGREEMENTS
WHEREAS, in 1995 the Indiana legislature adopted Public Law 82-1995
outlining procedures for entering into public-private agreements to construct, operate,
and/or maintain a public facility; and
WHEREAS, the City of Jeffersonville now wishes to adopt the provisions of
Public Law 62-1995 (codified at Indiana Code 36-1-14.3-1, et seq.)
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that the
Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville does hereby adopt the provisions of Public
Law 82-1995 (codified at Indiana Code 36-1-14.3-1, et seq.)
