March 15, 2004
The Sanitary Sewer Board Of the City of Jeffersonville met in regular session in the Mayor's Conference
room in the City County Building, Jeffersonville, Indiana on the 15th day of March, 2004.
Mayor Rob Waiz called the meeting to order at 4:10 p.m.. Board Member Jeffrey Caldwell and Jack Jordan
were present.
The claims were presented to the board for approval. Jeffrey Caldwell moved to approve the claims as
presented, seconded by Jack Jordan, passing unanimously.
EMC and MSD are both represented at the meeting to discuss the Operating and Maintenance Contract.
Jeffrey Caldwell requested additional information from Jack Danks of EMC, on their Technology. Greg
Coboum and Harry Lawson are the technical team for EMC and presented a ?1ant Data Convergence.
Jack Jordan requested tecknical information from MSD. Saed Assef ofMSD, &scussed MSD s technica
capabilities.
Jack Jordan moved to go forward with negotiations with EMC, seconded by Mayor Waiz, Caldwe11 objects,
motions passes two to one.
Meeting adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
