as its agent to accept pension liability, pursuant to [C 5-I0.2-3-1 and further to execute and
deliver documents related to the Public Employees' Retirement Fund of Indiana. This resolution xviI1 remain in
full force and effect untiI modified or rescinded by subsequent resolution and receipt thereof in xvriting by the
Director of PERF.
