BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, County
of Clark State of Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the Multi-Purpose
Meeting Room, Room 308, City-County Building, Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 21st day
of April, 1997 at 7:00 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of considering and determining
whether an emergency exists for the passage of an Ordinance making the following
appropriation in addition to the Annual Budget adopted for the fiscal year 1997:
AMOUNT REQUESTED
Appropriation from the General Fund for the following:
CLERK AND TREASURER
Third Deputy Salary & Benefits .................................... $7,036.50
MAYOR
Personnel Salary & Benefits .................................... $21,109.50
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk and Treasurer of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give notice as provided by law.
