THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that tne City of Jeffersonville, Clark County Indiana, an Indiana
Municipal Corporation, and in consideration of the sum of $1,00 and other good and valuable consideration, the
sufficiency and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
CONVEYS A~D WARRANTS
Unto the Jeffersonville Redevelopment Commission, the following described real estate situated in Clark County,
State of Indiana, to-wit:
Being all of Lot #148 and part of Lots #147 and #149 in the City of Jeffersonville, Clark County,
Indiana and being further described as follows: Beginning at a drill hole on the Southeast corner
of Lot #150, same being the Northwest corner of Chestnut and Spring Streets in said City;
thence Southwesterly along the Northern line of Chestnut Street 100.00 feet to a point, THE
TRUE PLACE OF BEGINNING. Thence cpntinuing Southwest~rly along the Northern line of
Chestnut Street 154.60 feet to a point; thence Northwesterlyand)arallel to Pearl Street (passing
through an iron pipe at 122.62 (feet) 213.87 feet to a point in the southern line ofa 10 foot wide
alley; thence Northeasterly along the Southern line of said alley 154.60 feet to a point; thence
Southeasterly and parallel to Spring Street 213.87 feet to THE TRUE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
Also, beginning at an iron pipe on the Northeast corner of Pearl and Chestnut Streets, same
being the Southwest corner of Lot #146; thence Easterly along the Northern line of said Chestnut
Street, 82.2 feet to THE TRUE PLACE OF BEGINNING; thence Northerly along the Eastern
side of the above described tract, 106.6 feet tq a point; thence Easterly and parallel to said Street,
19.15 feet to a point in the Western side Of a tract of land described in Deed Drawer 12,
Instrument 11303; thence Southerly along said Western line, 106.6 feet to a point in the
