Notice of Execution of Master Lease And Sublease dated May 26, 2005 (the "Agreement"), by
and between Sprint SPV ("Lessor"), Sprint PCS ("Sprint" or "Lessee") and~GLOBAL SIGNAL
ACQUISITIONS 11 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Global").
Dear Ground Lessor:
This letter is written pursuant to the provisions of the ground lease between you and Sprint PCS to
notify you that as of May 26, 2005 (the "Effective Date"), Sprint has subleased its interest under the ground
lease to Global pursuant to the Agreement. Global has subleased and agreed to perform all of Sprint's
obligations under the ground lease pursuant to the Agreement as of the Effective Date including, without
limitation, all obligations set forth in the ground lease to pay rent. The Agreement also grants Global a
limited power of attorney and appoints Global as Sprint's agent to review, negotiate and execute
amendments and other documentation relating to the ground lease.

Under separate cover you will receive a fully executed copy of the Estoppel Agreement signed by
you, Sprint and Global for your files.

Q: Who is Global Signal?
A: Global Signal is a tower management and real estate company that manages
over 11,000 towers nationwide, including sites in Puerto Rico and Canada.
Q: Did Global Signal buy Sprint?
A: No, Global Signal signed an agreement with Sprint under which Global Signal
will have the exclusive fight to lease and/or operate mom than 6,600 wireless
communications towers and related assets of Sprint.
Q: Who will be paying the rent?
A: Beginning on July 1, 2005, Global Signal will be paying any monthly,
quarterly or annual rant owed to any landlords affected by this transaction. Global
Signal will be the fkst point of contact for each landlord affected by this
transaction and will be working to resolve any issues related to your lease.
Q: Who will be taking care of the tower site?
A: Global Signal's field operations representatives or thLrd party vendors.
5. Q: Whom do I contact if I have an issue or concern that is related to the tower
site?
A: The Global Signal Network Operations Call Center can be reached at 1 (888)
748-3482. When reporting an issue or concern, please be prepared to provide the
tower site number along with any relevant details about the issue or concern. An
Asset Manager or Global Signal representative will open a case, research the issue
and call you back if they are not immediately available to answer any questions
you may have.
6. Q: What ifI receive my rent payment electronically?
A: You should receive a form letter from our Accounts Payable deparmaent
requesting information about your account so they can process your electronic
payment prior to July's rent.
Q: How does this affect my current lease agreement?
A: This transaction will not impact your current lease agreement. Global Signal
will manage the site and pay the rent on behalf of Sprint.
