This agreement is entered into, by, and between the City of
Jeffersonville and Mitch Ripley of HR Unlimited Resources.
Mitch Ripley agrees to review and rewrite the Policy and
Procedure Manual for the City of Jeffersonville
This program is designed for The City of Jeffersonville and is
for the selected area mentioned below. This project will be
conducted with the assistance of the Mayor, the Human
Resources Director, and each of the department heads, and
their assistants.
1: The City's Personnel and Policy Procedure Manual.
Through this program, the Mayor, the Human Resources
Director, and the Department heads will have a complete
understanding of why each policy came into being and how
they and their departments will be affected by existing and
the new policies.
Review of the Current Personnel Policy and Procedure
Manual
a. A review of all current Personnel Policies and
Procedures will be conduted.
i. To offer suggestions for changes which
might be necessary.
ii. To clarify any area of the Personnel
Policies and Procedures for the Mayor and
City Council/Board of Works. Or aid in their
understanding in any area of the manual.
b. Rewrite all of the policy or procedures to ensure
their accuracy and effectiveness.
c. To provide the City of Jeffersonville with a
completed up to date copy of the policy and
proocedure manual.
d. HR Unlimited Resources will not create copies for
everyone with in the city of Jeffersonville.
Mitch Ripley will schedule the necessary hours with the
Jeffersonville's Human Resources Director. At the very
least, he would like to be scheduled for a minimum of 3 of
the mayor's staff meetings. At these meetings, each of the
department heads will have the opportunity to voice their
ideas, concerns, and questions concerning the previous
manual and have complete input on the new manual. They
will also be asked to agree upon how the manual will be

utilized within their respective department. It is estimated
that this project will take approximately 80 hours to
complete. If this projected number of hours is inaccurate,
Mitch will alert the Human Resources Director of the
situation, and there will be no additional costs to the City of
Jeffersonville.
COSTS:
Agreement
Length:
Mitch Ripley of HR Unlimited Resources will charge the City
of Jeffersonville IN. $3,500.00 for the entire project
All of the travel, printing incidental costs will be the
responsibility of HR Unlimited Resources.
The Policy and Procedure manual will be completed within
three months from the start date. Projected completion date
is November 1,2004.

This letter constitutes an agreement between the City of Jeffersonville
Indiana, and Mitch Riple¥ of HR Unlimited Resources, Mitch Ripley
agrees to rewrite the policy and procedure manual for the City of
Jeffersonville, IN.
In return for this service, the City of Jeffersonville, IN agrees
to pay Mitch Ripley $3500.00 for the completed manual. Mitch Ripley of
HR Unlimited Resources will bill the City of Jeffersonville at the completion
of the project. Payment is e~pected within 30 days of completion of the
project.
