Thank you for purchasing a Keystone System. The following includes important
information.
WARRANTY INFORMATION

2. Software: Keystone provides training and support for Keystone systems, unless
~therwis~ stated, for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery; further
software support may be purchased from Keystone after the installation is
complete.
GENERAL FLOW OF FORMS
1. Purchase order or letter ofinteni from client.
2. Sales contract, warranty notification and nondisclosure agreements are mailed to
the client; client signs and returns documents to Keystone.
3. Delivery of Keystone system to client.

· :- Installation and training.
4. Thirty days before installation is to be completed, client receives a notice of
pending completion. Response from the client must be in writing.
5. At the end of installation, client is notified that installation is complete and a
software maintenance contract is offered for further software maintenance.
