RESOLUTION NO. 99-R-12 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING LIST OF INJURIOUSLY AND/OR BENEFICIALLY AFFECTED INTERESTS IN CONDEMNED PROPERTY AND ESTABLISHING DAMAGES WHEREAS, on June 21, 1999 the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Jeffersonvil/e (the "Board") adopted a resolution condemning the real property described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and WHEREAS, Indiana Code 32-11-1.5 etseq, requires that the BOard prepare a list of all the owners of the condemned property; and WHEREAS, Indiana Code 32-11-1.5-5 requires that the Board award damages sustained by said owners and holders of interests and serve written notice showing the amount of the award; and WHEREAS, the 5vritten nodces must name a date the Board will receive or hear remonstrances; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the following' are the owners of the property described in Exhibit A: (a) Wanda Jean Kendall, (b) Estate of Hollis L. McLeland, Sr., (c) Joseph E. Jackson, (d) Clinton R. Colvin and Vic 'kie L. Colvin, and (e) SonjaJackson; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED that the owners of the property described in Exhibit A have sustained, and are awarded, the foIlowing damages: (a) WandaJean Kendall -- $18,500.00, (b) Estate of Hollis L. McLeland, Sr. -- $13,400.00, (c) Joseph E. Jackson -- $3,763.00, (d) Clinton R. Colv/n and Vickie L. Colv/n -- $1,971.00, (e) SonjaJackson -- $35,500.00. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board shall receive and hear remonstrances with regard to the amount of the damage awards at irs 9:30 a.m. meeting on December 6, 1999, and the Clerk-Treasurer is hereby instructed to serve personal nodce upon: (a) Wanda Jean Kendall, 3917 Udca-Sellersburg Road, Jeffersonville, Indiana; (b) Estate of Hollis L. McLdand, Sr., c/o Joan Roberrson, 5813 Highway 62, Je£fersonville, Indiana; (c) Joseph E. Jackson, 4318 Charlesrown P/ke, Jeffersonvllle, Indiana; (d) C1/nton R. CoMn and Viclde L.
