A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING CONDEMNATION
OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY PURSUANT TO
INDIANA CODE 32-11-1.5 et. seq.
WHEREAS, on June 1, 1999 the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City
of Jeffersonville (the "Board") adopted a Resolution Condemning Certain Real
Property Pursuant to Indiana Code 32-11-1.5 et seq. (the "Resolution") which real
estate is more particularly described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference; and
WHEREAS, notice of the Resolution was published in the Evening News on
June 4 and June 11, 1999 as required by Indiana Code 32-11-1.5-3(b); and
WHEREAS, said notice stated that at its regular meeting on June 21, 1999 the
Board would hear remonstrances from persons interested in or affected by the
condemnation; and

interested in or affected by the condemnation, were heard to remonstrate with regard
to the condemnation at the Board's regular meeting on May 24, 1999; and
