BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, County
of Clark, State of Indiana, That said Common Council will meet in the Multi-Purpose
Meeting Room, Room 308, City-County Building, Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 19th
day of March, 2001 at 7:00 o'clock P.M., for the purpose of considering and detemfining
whether an emergency exists for the passage of an Ordinance making the following
appropriation in addition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal year 2001.

GENERAL
Appropriation from the General Fund
for the following:
Fire Department Salaries ........................................................... $ 43,899.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk Treasurer of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana is hereby ordered and directed to give notice as provided by law.
Passed and adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Clark
