ORDINANCE NO. 99-OR-.~
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one major budget classification to another
within the Motor Vehicle Budget #201-019; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the Motor Vehicle Budget sufficient monies to pay this additional amount:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana,
that the sums of money as hereinafter set out in the Motor Vehicle Budget be transferred as indicated.
FROM TO AMOUNT ALLOTTED
248 Chemicals 270 Signs/Paint, Etc. $2,000.00
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after i_ts passage and approval.
