BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, County
of Clark, State of Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the Multi-Purpose
Meeting Room, Room 308, City-County Building, Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 5th day
of December 2005, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining
whether an emergency exists for the passage of an Ordinance making the following
appropriation in addition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal year 2005.
AMOUNT REQUESTED
GENERAL FUND
Appropriation from the General Fund Animal Shelter Budget
for the following:
PERF .................................................................................... $2,558.00
Social Security ......................................................................... $1,770.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk Treasurer of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana is hereby ordered and directed to give notice as provided by law.
