HomeMy WebLinkAbout12-06-2004 WorkshopMinutes of the Jeffersonville City Council Workshop Monday, December 6, 2004 The Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville met in Workshop session on Monday, December 6, 2004 at 6:00 P.M. The meeting was held in the City County Building, Mayor's Conference Room. Council President Phil McCauley called the meeting to order, with Clerk Treasurer Peggy Wilder at the desk. Councilpersons in attendance were John Perkins, Ed Zastawny, Keith Fetz, Connie Sellers, Barbara Wilson, and Phil McCauley. Also present were Mayor Rob Waiz, and Deputy Clerk Barbara Hollis. Council President McCauley distributed a corrected copy of the retiree's hearth insurance Ordinance. The distributed FOP contract is wrong and a corrected one is being printed. The order of the agenda was discussed. Attorney Larry Wilder distributed and gave highlights of a document having to do with Bridgeview Center LLC vs. City of Jeffersonville. Attorney Wilder answered questions. Mr. John Skomp of Crowe Chizek, distributed and explained a document having to do with sewer fees. Mr. Skomp answered questions. Councilperson Grooms arrived at 6:40 P.M. Planning and Zoning Director Chester Hicks answered questions regarding the two zoning requests on the agenda. Councilperson Perkins reviewed other agenda items. Mr. Kyle Wilson of the Estopinal Group presented the floor plan of the proposed City offices at the Quadrangle. The Council reviewed the plan.
