HomeMy WebLinkAbout2005-OR-05Pursuant to I.C. 6-1.1-18-6 ORDINANCE NO. 2005-OR- 5 AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENT WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one major budget classification to another within the General Fund, Department of Human Resources budget; WHEREAS, there is now within the General Fund Department of Human Resources budget sufficient monies to pay this additional amount; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter set out in the General Fund, Department of Human Resources budget be transferred as indicated.
