The City will pay the 3% employee share of PERF. for civilian employees and will pay 3% of the employee share of the Police and Fire Pension assessments. Clerk and Treasurer This Ordinance approved and signed by me this ¢'~C.~_ day of ~ · ig'an, bl~yor~//f' ,200%. 8 CITY COUNCIL REQUEST July 16, 2001 The salary ordinance for the Deputy City Court Clerk is currently $24,710.00. The salary ordinance for the two (2) City Court Adult Probation Services secretaries is $39,170.00, with one being paid $20,600.00 and the other being paid $18,540.00. I want to reduce the salary for Deputy City Court Clerk to $21,500.00. I want to use the leftover money to increase the salary of one of the Probation secretaries to $22,000.00 and the other to $20,350.00. This will result in a pay raise for only one employee (a probation secretary) as the other two positions will be filled by new personnel or by promotion of current personnel. The current funding for Deputy City Court Clerk is from City General monies; in next year' s budget, I have made the request for the City General fund to be reduced and the Probation User Fee Fund to make up the difference.
