of Clark, State of Indiana, That said Common Council will meet in the Multi-Purpose

of February, 2005 at 7:30 o'clock P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining
whether an emergency exists for the passage of an Ordinance making the following
appropriation in addition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal year 2005.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk Treasurer of the City of

Resolution of Additional Appropriation
The attached Resolution to advertise for an additional appropriation is necessary to adjust
the 2005 Fire Department budget to meet the changes made in the Jef£ersonville
Firefighters I.A.F.F. Local 558 contract with regard to the number of sergeants.
