BE IT RESOLVED by the Co,non Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the
Circuit Court Room in the Court House in said city on the ~
day of/~o~s~ , 1964, at 7:30 P.M. for the purpose
of considering and determining whether an emergency exists
for the passage of an ordinance making the following appropriation
in addition to the annual budget for the fiscal year of 1964.
A special appropriation from the General Fund to the
Police Department, Clothing Allowance Fund, in the sum of $510.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed
to give notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
