BE IT RESOLVED that on the 27 day of October . 19_.64,
Department of Redevelopment of
City ef Jefferscnville, Indiana .... filed a petition with the
Jeffersonville City Plan Commission of Jeffersonville, Indiana, asking
that the following described real estate be reclassified from R-1
Residential to R-2, Residential , said property being
described as follows, to-wit:
It being shown to the Commission that said petition was set for
hea~ing, and notice by publication as required by law and ordinance
having been heretofore given, and after hearing evidence, the Jeffer-

be granted, and that the Secretary certzfy a copy of this resolutzon
