BE IT RESOLVED that on the 1% day of Daeembe~ . 19 ~ ,
Me~vin E. Jackson~ et al. filed a petition with the
Jeffersonville City Plan Co~ission of Jeffersonville, Indiana, asking
that the following described real estate be reclassified from R-1
Residential to R-2~ Residential , said property being
described as follows, to-Wit:
It being shown to the Commission that said petition was set for
hearing, and notice by p~blication as required by ~aw and ordinance
having been heretofore gzven, and after hearing evxdence, the Jeffer-
sonville City Plan Commission does hereby recommend that said petition
be granted, and that the Secretary certify a copy of this resolution
and deliver the same to the City Clerk Treasurer to be submitted to
the City Coun¢it of Jeffersonville, and further that the City Council
is hereby requested to give their approval to said request.

Part of Lots Numbers 12 and 13 of Della Plains Subdivision, a plat
of which subdivision is of record in Plat Book 4, page 111, in the
office of the Recorder of Clark County, bounded as follows: Beginning
at a stake at the southeast co~ner of Lot No. 12, corner to E. W. and
Louella Coots and deeded lane; thence with said lane end the eastern
boundary of Lot No. 12 in a northerly direction 229 feet ~ud 10 inches
to a stake; thence at right angles westwardly across Lots 12 and 13 to
the line dividing Lots 13 and 14 of said Della Plains; thence with
said dividing line southwardly 229 feet l0 inches to the southwest
corner of Lot 13~ thence with the southern boundary of Lot 13 and Lot
12 eastwardly 429 feet to the place of beginning.
Excepting therefrom the following described tract: Beginning at the
southeast co~ner of Lot No. 12; thence northwardly along the eastern
boundary of Lot No. 12, 89 feet ll inches to a point; thence westwardly
and parallel with the south line of said Lot No. 12, 125 feet to a
~oint; thence southwardly and parallel to the east line of Lot No. 12,
9 feet ll inches to a point; thence eastwardly along the south line
of Lot No. 12, 125 feet to the place of beginning.
Also excepting therefrom the following described tract: Beginning at
a point in the east llne of Lot No. 12, 229 f~et l0 inches northwardly
from the southeast corner of Lot No. 12; thence westwardly and parallel
with the south line of Lot No. 12, 125 feet to a point; thence south-
wardly and parallel with the east line of Lot No. 12, 89 feet ll inches
to a point; thence eastwardly and parallel with the south line of Lot
No. 12, 125 feet to a point; thence northwardly along the east line of
Lot No. 12, 89 feet ll inches to the place of beginning.
Also, being part of Survey No. 10 of the Illinois Gr~nt and more parti-
cularly described as Lots Nos. 14 and 15 of the Della Plains Farm, a
plat of which is recorded in Plat Book No. 4 at page lll of the records
in the office of the Recorder of Clark County, Indiana. Except 120 foot
strio alon~ the southwest side of Lot 15.
