Brickler~ Alma and Otto Brim filed a petition with the Jeffersonville City Plan Commission of Jeffersonville, Indiana, asking that the following described real estate be reclassified from R-1 Residential tO R-2 Residential ..... , said property being described as follows, to-wmt. Being a part of Survey No. 3 of the Illinois Grant bounded as follows: Beginning at a point in the center line of East 8th Street, said point being the West corner of the 19.96 acre tract conveyed to Alma and Otto Brim by Deed Record /~.8: page 397 in the office of the Recorder of Clark County, Indiana~ thence S. 37° 21' E. 25.~6 feet to the true place of beginning; J6hence continuing S. 37~ 21' E. 20~.O feet~ thence N. ~2° 30' E. 117.~2 feet to a point in the southwest line of a ~O- foot street; thence along said line of street the following three courses and distances: N. 37~ 30' W. 1~?.93 feet; along a curve to the left N. ~2° ~2' W. 53.07 feet~ N. ~8° 1~' W. 2~.0 feet; thence S. hl° k6' W. along the southeast line of East 8th Street 109.3~ feet to the true place of beginning, containing 0.~7~ acres~ ~ore or less. The above description being subject to a 12 foot public utility ease- ment along the southwest line of the gDove described tract~ and also a 25 foot radius at the inter~ection of East 8th Street with the above mentioned ~0 foot street. It being shown to the Commission theft said petition was set for hearing, and notice by publication as requmred by l~a~w and ordinance having been heretofore given, and after hearing evmdence, the Jeffer- sonville City Plan Commission does hereby recommend that said petition be granted, and that the Secretary certify a copy of this resolution and deliver the same to the City Clerk Treasurer to be submitted to t. he City Council of Jeffersonville, and further that the City Council ms hereby requested to give their approVal to said request.
