Section 1. Be it Ord~ed by the Common Coun~l of the Civil City of , Indi~a,
That for the expenses of the dry government ~d its institutions, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 19 , the
following sums of money cae hereby ~ppropriaied and ordered set ~t out of the fun~ herein named ~d for the
pu~oses herein specified, subject to the I~s govem~g the s~e ~d subject also to the conditions provided in this
ordinance. Such sums herein ~propfi~ed shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made during
the year, unless otherwise expressly stipulated ~d prodded by 1~.

increased or decreased by another ordinance or resolution of the common council. (If one or more of the following
detail accounts within an appropriation for such department or office are increased by not more than the total
amount that one or more detail accounts cae concurrently decreased within the same appropriation by resolu[ton
of the common council, neither advertising to the taxpayers nor approval by the State Board of Tax Commissioners
is required. Other changes affecting more than one appropriation for a department or office or appropriation chang-
es affecting more than one department or office within a fund require advertising, ordinance and approval by the
State Board of Tax Commissioners.)
