An Ordinance Rezoning Certain Property From R-i,
Residential, to B-3, General Business.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jefferson-
ville, Indiana, that the zoning ordinance, being Ordinance No.
1527, be amended in that the property hereinafter described is re-
classified and rezoned as follows:
From R-i, Residential, to B-3, General Business:
Part of Lots Nos. 18, 19 and 20 of Della Plains Farms
Subdivision:
Beginning at the East common corners of Lots Nos. 20
and 22 of Della Plains Farms Subdivision; thence S. 54°
02' W., along the southern line of Lot No. 20 a distance
of 335.0 feet to a limestone monument; thence continuing
S. 54° 02' W., along the southern line of Lot No. 20 a
distance of 605.6 feet to a limestone m6nument in the eastern
line of Kehoe Lane; thence continuing S. 54° 02' W. 40 feet
to a point; thence N. 35° 42' W. 180.0 feet to a point;
thence S. 54° 02' W. 668.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence N.
35° 42' West 135.0 feet to an iron pipe in Combs' south
line; thence S. 43° 02' W. along Combs' south line a
distance of 150.0 feet to a railroad spike in the eastern
line of Kehoe Lane; thence N. 35° 42' W. along the eastern
line of Kehoe Lane a distance of 260.0 feet to an iron pipe;
thence N. 54° 02' E. along the northern line of a 40 foot
roadway 270.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 35° 42' W.
189.0 feet to the line dividing Lots Nos. 19 and 21 of said
Della Plains Farms Subdivision; thence N. 80° 39' E. 1559.3
feet to the place of beginning.
Also, part of Lot No. 22 of Della Plains Farms Subdivision;
Beginning at a point of intersection of the line dividing
Lots NOS. 20 and 22 of Della Plains Farms Subdivision and
the east right-of-way line of State Highway No. 62; thence
N. 20° 06' E. 100 feet; thence N. 21° 31' E. 95 feet; thence
S. 64° 16' E. 336.7 feet to the line dividing Lots Nos. 20
and 22 of Della Plains Frams Subdivision; thence following
such line 487.9 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom 200 feet in depth measured from the East
right-of-way line of State Highway No. 62, which is already
zoned as Commercial Property (B-3), General Business.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
