BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, tkat said. Common CoUncil will meet in the City-
County Building in said City on the 1st day of June, 1970, at
7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining whether
an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making the
following appropriations in addition to the annual budget adopted
for the fiscal year of 1970.

City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed
to give notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Com~on Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, this 4th day of May, 1970.
Presented by me as Clerk Treasurer to the Mayor of the City
