BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-
County Building at Jeffersonville, Indiana on the 4th day of June,
1973, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determing
whether an eme~ency exists for the passage of an ordinance making
the following appropriation in addition to the annual budget adopted
for
the fiscal year of 1973.
A special appropriation from the Revenue Sharing Fund
in the amount of $5,B18.32 for payment of repairs to
Ewing Lane Pool.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, this 7th day of~1973.
