BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-
County Building at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the ~ day of
~ L , 1973, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of con-
sidering and determining whether an emergency exists for the passage
of an ordinance making the following appropriation~in addition to
the annual budget adopted for the fiscal year of 1973.
A special appropriation from the Cumulative Capital Improve-
ment Fund in the amount of $134,000.00 for the purchase of
Park Land.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice
