Ordinance Annexing a Certain Tract of Territory
the City of Jeffersonville, Clark County, Indiana.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COI4~ON COUNCIL of rlle City of
jeffersonville, Clark Cou~zy, mn the Sta~e of Indiana, r~at
the following described track of territory is hereby annexed
to the said City of Jeffersonville.
Beginning at a point in the line dividing Grant 11 and
Grant 12 and tile znnersection of the South East right-
of-way line of Indiana State High% ay 62. Thence south-
westward with said lane of ~iigkway 760.39 feet to a
point. Sazd point being in corporate line of the City
of jeffersonville: the true place of beginning.
Thence ~on~inuing southwestward with corp.orate llne,
(bein~ also southeastward line of State Hzghway 62)
1018.22 feet to a point. ~hence N 37° 22' W. with cor-
porate line ~o a point in the nornhwest line of State
~ighway Sixty Two (62). Thence i~ a northeastw~rdty
direction with said right-of-way line 1018.22 feet to
a point in the corporate line of the City of jeffersonville.
Thence S. 37° 15' E. with said corporate line no the
point of beginning.
This Ordinance shall be zn full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the Comraon Council.
