An BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON Jeffersonville, Indiana: Section 1, The ORDINANCE NO. 74-0R-~'~ Ordinance Establishing Councilmanic Districts COUNCIL of the City of That the city be divided into five (5) councilmanic districts. boundaries of such districts to be as follows: DISTRICT 1 Beginning at a point in the Corporation Line dividing the City of Jeffersonville and the Town of Clarksville, said point being in the intersection of the line dividing the states of Kentucky and Indiana, said Line being in the corporate line of the City of Jeffersonville, the true place of beginning. Thence Northward, with the corporate line dividing city of Jeffersonville and the town of Clarksville to a point in the center line of Ninth Street. Thence Eastward with said center line to a point in the center line of Spring Street. Thence Southward with the center line of Spring Street to a point in the center line of Eighth Street. Thence Eastward with the center line of Eighth Street to a point in the center line of Graham Street. Thence Southward ~ith the center line of Graham to a point in the corporate line of the city of Jeffersonville. Thence Westward with said corporate line to the point of beginning. Encompassing the present voting precincts Nos. One, Two and Four. DISTRICT 2 Beginning at the South abutement of the overpass at Eastern Boulevard, the True Place Thence Southward along the corporate line dividing of Jeffersonville and the T~wn~of Clarksville to a?point Pennsylvania Railroad of Beginning, the City in the south side of Fourteenth Street.
